Currently, Shawn Moseley is the Creative Manager of A&R for a large footprint sensory branding agency. He works closely with the Strategy Consulting team, leveraging his relationships with key content owners and rights holders (labels, publishers, artists, managers) to the mutual benefit of both artist and client. With a keen eye for music-brand partnerships, Shawn drives solution concept, development and delivery. He guides brand-to-consumer media engagement strategies by utilizing 17 years of industry experience and a broad reaching network to deliver exciting, focused, and measurable solutions.

Prior, Moseley worked for various major and independent labels including Epic Records, Time Bomb Recordings, Island Def Jam Music Group and Columbia Records working with artists like Augustana, Jay-Z, Social Distortion, Willie Nelson, Graham Nash, Lionel Richie, Ludacris, and Sunny Day Real Estate.

He is a frequent speaker and jurored panelist at both educational institutions and industry events, with appearances at NARAS/Grammy In The Schools, Belmont University's Entertainment In New York, NARIP, Next Big Nashville, Georgia State University, Full Sail University, Appalachian State University, Queens University and the Florida Music Festival.

Shawn is currently a member of the Victors & Spoils Creative Department and an avid cyclist. He has been cited or featured in HITS, Billboard, Jezebel, Dwell, Pollstar, Wall Street Journal Online and most recently on NPR.
